Information about the Fitness Suite in Swanston Clubhouse

General Idea

1. When planning our major development here at Swanston, we had various ideas and plans for the building. One of the plans was to have a fitness suite/ function room. Currently the room to house the fitness suite is being used as a function room/golfers bar.

2. The plan was to use the room during the week for a fitness suite and a bar/function room at the weekends. Because of the delay with the main balcony (water leak) we could not open the room to be used as a fitness suite. This delay held us back 3 months.

3. The current use of the room is proving to be a great success and we intend to use it as a function room/golfers bar until the 30th September 2008.

End of Season Plan
From the 01st of October 2008 until 01st March 2009, we will convert the room into a fitness suite Mon – Fri – 0800hrs – 1700hrs. The weekends will be used as a golfers bar/function room. The prices for the use of the fitness room will be displayed very shortly.

Summary
Hopefully using this plan we can get ourselves fit for the season ahead, as instruction on various pieces of equipment will be available.
