The planned route of the new holes (opening July 2008) has been changed because of the following benefits (originally they were going to be 1st six holes, now they'll play as the last six):

New 18th green will be visible from clubhouse•
1st tee manageable from new pro-shop/reception
3 loops of 6 holes back to clubhouse
2 nines more balanced
Original signature holes eg: 8th remain as they are
After 12th hole golfers can walk on to new bar terrace for ‘refreshments’ on way to 13th.

12th, 190 yd par 3	New 12th hole: Played from existing 12th ladies tee to a new green between existing 18th and existing 6th.		This hole is going to be played to a modified 18th green prior to the new one being built.	Work due to start on new 12th in Sep '08
